HOW CONNECTING WITH ME LOOKS LIKE FOR YOU First up you can decide to which capacity you want to dive into the work. You can start gently and built up or decide it is not for you. Tools I like to use: Breath, body and voice. Speaking voice or singing voice. Guided meditations and affirmations specifically tailored for you. Conversations to find new ways of looking at old "stuff". Every bit of your past experiences is showing up in your life today. What is not showing up is not relevant at the moment. Awaken inspiration and curiosity toward what you have manifested in your life at this moment. What it tells you, the opportunities wrapped up in the lessons and the clarity you can gain by looking at yourself and your life without judgement or fear.
